7. Deposit Handling

STGFOODTRUCKS.COM offers convenient deposit handling services to streamline the financial transaction process for catering events. If required, event coordinators can opt to have STGFOODTRUCKS.COM handle the collection and management of deposits or payments on their behalf.

Upon submission of the booking request form, event coordinators may be required to make a deposit to initiate the coordination process. The deposit amount and payment instructions will be communicated to event coordinators upon confirmation of availability and booking.

STGFOODTRUCKS.COM will provide receipts or confirmation of deposit payments to event coordinators for their records. Deposit funds will be held in trust until the completion of the catering event, at which point they will be applied towards the final payment to food truck operators.

Our goal is to provide a seamless and transparent deposit handling process, ensuring that event coordinators can confidently proceed with booking their desired food trucks for their events.

8. Nonrefundable Payment Requirement

In order to initiate the coordination process for catering events, STGFOODTRUCKS.COM requires event coordinators to submit a nonrefundable payment of $100. This payment serves as a one-time purchase and commitment from the event coordinator to proceed with the booking process and secure their desired food trucks for the event.

Upon submission of the booking request form, event coordinators will be prompted to make the required payment. The payment amount will be communicated to event coordinators upon submission of the form.

Disclaimer: Please note that the payment of $100 is nonrefundable, except in the event that no food trucks are available for the specified event date and time. In such cases, a partial refund of 75% of the payment will be issued to the event coordinator, as our payment processor assesses a fee for refund transactions.

STGFOODTRUCKS.COM does not offer refunds or exchanges for payments under any other circumstances. Event coordinators are encouraged to carefully consider their catering needs before making the payment.

9. Submission Process and Payment Confirmation

Event coordinators can initiate the catering coordination process by completing and submitting the booking request form available on STGFOODTRUCKS.COM. The form will prompt event coordinators to provide contact information and event details, as well as to make the required payment of $100.

Upon submission of the form and payment, event coordinators will receive confirmation of their submission via email. Please note that submission of the form and payment does not guarantee availability of food trucks for the specified event date and time. Availability confirmation and further coordination will be communicated to event coordinators by STGFOODTRUCKS.COM within 24 hours of submission.

Event coordinators are advised to check their email regularly for updates and communications from STGFOODTRUCKS.COM regarding the status of their booking request.

10. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STGFOODTRUCKS.COM and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, arising out of or related to:

  1. Any violations of the terms of service or terms of use, misuse of the Dining Dispatch Service, or any other actions that could result in liability for STGFOODTRUCKS.COM by the user.

The user agrees to indemnify STGFOODTRUCKS.COM for all types of claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to, those arising from:

  • Third-party claims against STGFOODTRUCKS.COM arising from the user's actions or omissions.
  • Any breach of the terms of service by the user.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the terms of service or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Washington County, Utah, before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by [insert administering authority] in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes, as amended from time to time. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

In no event shall the total liability of STGFOODTRUCKS.COM and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors to the user for all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees and court costs, exceed the amount paid by the user to STGFOODTRUCKS.COM for the use of the Dining Dispatch Service during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

16. Intellectual Property Rights

STGFOODTRUCKS.COM and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in and to the Dining Dispatch Service, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and proprietary technology. The user agrees not to modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Dining Dispatch Service without the prior written consent of STGFOODTRUCKS.COM.

The user acknowledges and agrees that any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided to STGFOODTRUCKS.COM regarding the Dining Dispatch Service may be used by STGFOODTRUCKS.COM without any obligation to compensate the user for such feedback, suggestions, or ideas.
